Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in UX Design, Service Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field from reputed design institutes (e.g., IISc CPDM, IDC IIT Bombay, NID, ISDI, MIT Institute of Design).
5-6+ years of UX research experience.
Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and proficiency in research tools (UserTesting, Dovetail, etc.).
Experience in complex domains such as automotive, SaaS, or enterprise systems is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex UX research projects with ability to translate insights into business and product recommendations.
Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and presenting data-driven narratives to influence decisions.
