Team Lead - Accounts Payable

Lead end-to-end execution of Accounts Payable processes ensuring business deliverables meet agreed timelines, accuracy, and service levels.

Drive process improvements, automation deployments, and maintain real-time process documentation including SOPs and exception trackers.

Manage team performance, client relationships, and conduct governance reporting while acting as a liaison between management and employees to foster team environment and change management.

6-7 years of industry experience in Accounts Payable, finance domain or related corporate/third-party environment.

Graduation in Commerce or Finance or equivalent experience in finance domain.

Strong accounting knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office packages.

On-site location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana.

Experienced in managing Accounts Payable operations with strong P2P and analytical skills, capable of independently handling daily operations and client interactions.

Demonstrates ability to lead teams effectively, mentor members, and drive engagement and performance in a process-driven environment.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on maintaining process rigor, accuracy, and fostering effective stakeholder relationships.
