Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred in business administration, IT, or related field.
At least 8 years in business process outsourcing, consulting, or systems implementation with 2+ years in leadership roles.
Mandatory people management experience.
UK Insurance experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing business process outsourcing teams with a focus on process automation and operational excellence.
Capable of handling client engagement, SLA and P&L management, and coordinating with sales/business development teams.
Strong analytical and business process development skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
