Manage SLOs/SLIs, lead incident analysis, embed DevSecOps practices, and partner with dev teams for deployment safety.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure platforms including AKS, networking, security, and monitoring.
Proficiency with GitOps (FluxCD/ArgoCD), Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
Must be currently authorized to work full-time in Romania; no sponsorship for visa or work permit available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying AI-powered tools (Copilot, Claude, AIOps platforms) to accelerate incident response, automate coding, and enhance observability.
Comfortable leading incident response cycles and driving reliability improvements in complex cloud environments.
Skilled in integrating DevSecOps (policy as code, vulnerability scanning) into workflows and collaborating with development teams on production readiness.
