Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

7+ years software engineering experience including distributed systems, cloud-native, or enterprise platforms.

3+ years leadership experience managing engineering teams and influencing technical direction.

Experience with AI/ML solutions delivery, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, cloud architecture (Azure), and secure enterprise deployment.

Experienced leader able to translate ambiguous business needs into clear AI technical roadmaps and scalable solutions in regulated healthcare environments.

Skilled in managing multiple delivery initiatives with a strong grasp of cloud infrastructure as code, production support, and engineering best practices.

Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical, product, business, and compliance domains.
