Lead technical scoping, architecture design, system integration, and deployment of complex multi-cloud (AWS/GCP) solutions using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Drive production support, operational automation, incident management, and 24x7 on-call operations ensuring system reliability with defined SLOs and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
Develop automation and production tooling with Python or Go, collaborate with customers and engineering teams to deploy, troubleshoot and maintain enterprise cloud services.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years overall engineering experience including 3+ years in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and 2+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering (customer-facing deployment).
Strong hands-on experience with Python or Go for automation and REST API integration.
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, Terraform or Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux production environments (5+ years).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Onsite work required at HPE office.

Skilled in production operations with a focus on high availability, low latency, SLOs, and observability implementation.
