Lead Full Stack Engineer - Java and React

Lead design, development, deployment, and maintenance of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.

Provide technical direction and mentorship across multiple client engagements, ensuring adherence to best engineering practices including CI/CD/CT and automated code reviews.

Drive cloud technology implementation (Azure), DevOps tooling setup, security vulnerability management, and performance optimization for Java applications.

Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum 16 years of formal education (B.Tech/MCA/MSc/MTech).

At least 8 years of professional experience in Java API development and full stack engineering with solid proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

Minimum 5 years of experience with React for building responsive front-end applications.

At least 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

Experienced in leading complex development projects involving full stack technologies and cloud services in enterprise environments.

Proficient in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and integrating security scanning tools (SAST and DAST) into development workflows.

Able to mentor teams, handle complex technical challenges, justify design decisions, and communicate effectively across engineering and QA teams.
