Lead and define the roadmap for Test Automation activities supporting product initiatives within the AET Group.
Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test suites for web applications, APIs, and distributed systems, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor junior QA and automation engineers while driving continuous improvement in test methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
6-9 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright preferred, or Selenium/Cypress) and coding languages (JavaScript, Java, or C#).
Experience with API testing, GitHub or Bitbucket, CI/CD integration, and Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving automation strategy and improving test coverage within large engineering teams.
Skilled in both manual and automated testing with strong understanding of SDLC and STLC in Agile environments.
Familiarity with energy efficiency domain or utility industry and experience with advanced automation design patterns and cloud/microservices architecture is a plus.
