Sr Analyst- Data and Workflow Automation Developer

Build and maintain production-grade ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, SQL, and tools like Snowflake and Dataiku to process structured and semi-structured data.

Design and implement data transformations, validation, matching, and automation workflows to ensure clean, reliable, and well-documented data for analytics and product use.

Lead solution design including APIs, automation, testing, documentation, code reviews, and build observability and recoverability into data products while supporting incident fixes and root cause analysis.

University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in data pipeline development and automation.

Proficient in Python and SQL with experience using pandas or Polars for data processing.

Experience with data orchestration tools such as Dataiku, and familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehousing solutions.

Experienced in working with imperfect data with strong skills in data validation, lineage, and quality checks in operational settings.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution design and enforce coding standards, testing, documentation, and team coordination.

Background or familiarity with insurance, cyber security, entity resolution, or exposure data preferred to align with domain-specific needs.
