Own end-to-end delivery of Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and deployment.
Manage multiple geographically distributed teams and establish delivery governance, milestones, KPIs, and adherence to SDLC and Agile/Scrum standards.
Act as primary delivery contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, escalations, workshops, and translating business requirements into technology initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in TTA/IDP/BPM-related delivery, preferably in large enterprise or banking transformation programs.
Strong technical knowledge of Tungsten TotalAgility, IDP components (capture, classification, extraction, validation, workflow), BPM, and integration technologies like REST APIs and SOAP.
Experience in banking domain processes such as loan origination, KYC/AML, account opening, mortgage, trade finance, credit processing, and customer onboarding.
Mandatory skills include project/program management, Agile, SDLC, team leadership, stakeholder management, QA governance; cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
