About This Role

Lead product discovery sessions and support cross-functional teams in customer needs analysis and experiment execution.

Maintain and communicate product health and operational metrics to ensure measurable progress against goals.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Agile teams on backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder communication including product releases and roadmap updates.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

6–10 years of overall professional experience.

3+ years experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles within fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Experience with product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and working with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in managing multiple priorities and workloads in product roles supporting complex products or product families.

Strong data-driven decision-making skills with ability to analyze metrics and generate insights to influence product outcomes.

Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, engaging in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
