Lead and oversee full lifecycle delivery of complex healthcare data and interoperability projects across multiple ELLKAY product lines.
Act as primary point of contact managing project communications, risk, scope, and delivery with internal and external stakeholders including executives.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and escalation support to project managers, driving process improvements and strategic initiatives for delivery excellence.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of project management experience including 2+ years in senior or lead role.
Experience delivering implementations in healthcare IT or health data environments required.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, technology, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional, high-impact client projects in healthcare technology environments with advanced stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project managers and junior staff while driving operational and process improvements.
Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD) and clinical data platforms, comfortable leading technical and cross-departmental discussions.
