Executive Manager -Engineering Practice & Governance

Partner with senior leaders to align engineering outcomes with group strategy, and champion engineering talent development and a strong inclusive culture.

18+ years of experience in global technology delivery, IT strategy, agile transformation, or senior engineering leadership roles.

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience with Agile environments and governance tools like Jira and Confluence.

Work Experience Required: 18+ years in relevant senior technical or practice leadership roles.

Senior leader with strategic mindset focused on elevating engineering standards and sustainable excellence in complex global technology environments.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across geographies and functions.

Experienced in managing engineering talent frameworks, career lifecycle, and capability uplift initiatives.
