Senior Operations staff (JDW)

Execute shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, and bagging to ensure operational accuracy and productivity.

Support Shift In-charges by assisting in work allocation, coaching new employees, and managing operational exceptions to maintain daily operational objectives.

Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and standard operating procedures while driving continuous operational improvements and effective shipment handling.

3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier or supply chain operations.

Minimum education requirement: 10th Standard pass.

Physically fit for standing, walking, and manual handling of shipments; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Basic computer skills, handheld scanner/mobile app usage, and basic English reading and communication skills.

Experienced in shipment processing and warehouse operations with proficiency in scanning and reconciliation duties.

Capable of supporting operational discipline, process compliance, and coaching junior staff in a shift-based logistics environment.

Comfortable working in a physically active role requiring attention to detail, operational accuracy, and adherence to safety regulations.
