Regional Air Fleet and Network Manager

Own regional air fleet planning and operational execution to ensure timely vehicle availability for airport connections and shipment movement across First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile.

Lead and synchronize air hub operations, ensuring dynamic route planning, fleet utilization, and adherence to flight schedules to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time Arrival (OTA).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and network reliability across the regional air logistics network.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred; MBA/PG desirable.

5–8 years of experience in logistics operations with strong exposure to Air Operations, Surface Transportation, Fleet Management, Hub Operations, and Network Coordination.

Experience managing multi-location operations and leading regional transportation or fleet operations teams.

Work Experience Required: 5–8 years in relevant logistics/air fleet management roles.

Experienced leader capable of managing multi-location air fleet and network operations with a focus on operational performance and fleet optimization.

Strong operational and strategic thinker with proven skills in cross-functional coordination and contingency management in air logistics.

Background in express logistics, air cargo, aviation logistics, 3PL, or ecommerce logistics with hands-on expertise in route and resource planning.
