Accountable for end-to-end operational performance of the Surface Hub including inbound, processing, sorting, staging, and outbound linehaul operations.
Lead and manage hub operational teams across shifts ensuring timely shipment processing, throughput, manpower deployment, and network cut-off adherence.
Coordinate with regional managers to ensure vehicle placement, dispatch readiness, load consolidation, route connectivity, and operational recovery during disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline preferred; MBA/PG desirable.
8–11 years of relevant experience in express logistics, surface transportation, hub/sort-centre operations, middle-mile logistics, 3PL, eCommerce logistics, or high-throughput distribution operations.
Experience managing medium-to-large operational teams across multiple shifts and strong knowledge of network cut-offs, hub throughput, and vehicle turnaround.
Travel requirement up to 75%.
