Operations Executive (IXH)

Lead inbound operations for the assigned shift ensuring timely receipt, unloading, scanning, sorting, and reconciliation of shipments meeting service standards.

Manage frontline operational teams including Ops Staff, TSRs, and Senior TSRs to ensure manpower optimization, operational discipline, safety, compliance, and productivity.

Monitor operational performance against targets, enforce SOPs and safety guidelines, and coordinate with outbound and network teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Graduate in any discipline OR 10+2 with a 3-year Diploma from a recognized institution.

2–4 years of relevant experience in courier, express logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain operations with frontline operational team leadership.

Experience in inbound operations including shipment processing, sorting, scanning, reconciliation, and service centre operations.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with operational systems, barcode scanners, and productivity reporting preferred.

Experienced in managing inbound courier or logistics operations with accountability for shift performance and team productivity.

Demonstrates operational leadership with strong focus on compliance, safety, and operational discipline in a high-volume environment.

Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and handling operational reporting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
