Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for assigned development programs including collaborations and clinical trials.
Build detailed clinical trial budgets, monitor study financials, and maintain forecasts within Hyperion.
Lead financial reporting, variance analysis, process improvements, and support cross-functional teams with program financial performance and P&L implications.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, scientific, or quantitative field.
3-5 years minimum relevant experience in forecasting, budgeting, or business partnering, preferably in science or research-driven environment.
Experience in financial forecasts, budgets, actuals reporting, variance analysis, and managing financial data with Hyperion.
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid work model).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in pharmaceutical clinical development finance or with knowledge of the drug development continuum is a plus.
Able to manage multiple priorities and complex financial data in a fast-paced environment maintaining high quality standards.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and leading initiatives for process standardization and efficiency improvements.
