Accountable for optimizing regional surface network performance including routing efficiency, cost control, capacity utilization, and process re-engineering across multi-state surface transportation network.
Lead Regional Network Managers and Fleet Manager to standardize, optimize, and govern surface logistics operations spanning first mile, middle mile, and last mile.
Drive network design, routing, hub throughput, cost reduction initiatives, and ensure alignment with national network strategy and SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
10–15 years experience in transport logistics operations with strong exposure to surface network, linehaul, and hub operations.
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain preferred), MBA/PG desirable.
Must have experience managing multi-location operations and second-line leadership roles.
Travel requirement: 75% regional travel.
