Serve as the dedicated regional liaison between Blue Dart and Shiprocket to ensure smooth operational execution and shipment prioritization.
Manage customer escalations and resolution related to pickup, delivery, RTO, POD, NDR, and service failures, ensuring timely closure.
Monitor service performance metrics and provide operational visibility and reports to both Blue Dart and Shiprocket stakeholders to support business growth.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, Express Distribution, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain Operations.
Experience handling customer-facing operational roles and escalation management.
Location options: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata; Travel requirement up to 75%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating between multiple operational teams and stakeholders managing large scale logistics operations.
Capable of analyzing shipment data and operational metrics to identify and resolve service quality issues.
Comfortable managing escalations and ensuring adherence to SOPs in a dynamic logistics environment.
