Lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for a portfolio of US healthcare providers ensuring achievement of client SLAs, operational KPIs, financial and quality targets.
Drive process excellence, cost optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across RCM operations to improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize workforce.
Manage senior client relationships, oversee healthcare operations governance, and support new business growth and portfolio expansion through operational and commercial leadership.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years experience in US healthcare RCM/business operations including 4+ years in senior management or leadership roles managing offshore RCM operations.
Proven experience managing RCM for US hospitals, health systems, and physician practices with strong knowledge of the full revenue cycle and US healthcare ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification required; Master’s degree and certifications like Lean/Six Sigma, PMP are advantages.
Work Week: Monday to Friday; Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST, rotational); Full-time remote work arrangement.

Experienced leader skilled in managing large, distributed teams with a strong operational and commercial acumen in US healthcare revenue cycle management.
Deep understanding of US healthcare payers, reimbursement models, compliance (HIPAA, CMS), and ability to implement scalable processes.
Strong client management skills capable of engaging senior healthcare stakeholders and driving performance improvements aligned with diverse client environments.
