Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, systems monitoring, application support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
At least 1 year hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel) or Global Cloud Observability frameworks involving tracing, metrics, and logs.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Splunk (SPL) or ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for dashboard and alert development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates strong technical ability in telemetry instrumentation and familiarity with distributed microservices architectures.
Experienced in troubleshooting complex system performance by correlating logs, metrics, and traces across cloud-native environments (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with software engineers, DevOps, and SRE teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring and observability coverage.
