Provide on-site and remote technical support for instrumentation, automation, and control systems during installation and commissioning.
Lead root cause analysis and investigation for product technical issues, interfacing with Product Service, System, and Design Engineering teams.
Prepare technical presentations for leadership and customers, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent Engineering degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 8 years of technical experience on control systems and rotating machinery at project sites.
Hands-on experience with GE Control Systems such as MarkVIe, MarkVIeS SIL System, Proficy Machine Edition, PLCs, DCS.
Availability to work weekends for emergency technical support and willing to travel to different sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in matrix leadership environments and ability to lead small teams resolving technical issues.
Strong technical aptitude including ability to interpret control logics, troubleshoot operational issues, and analyze engineering documents like P&ID and wiring diagrams.
Prior experience in design engineering or field maintenance/customer service roles in energy/OEM products like gas turbines or centrifugal compressors.
