Engineering Group Manager - Senior Vice President

Lead a team/department to manage engineering activities including design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team.

Manage overall execution of IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring goals are delivered to Operations & Technology organizations and overseeing budget alignment with CTO’s strategies.

Drive operational readiness and compliance with global operational standards, including risk assessment, policy adherence, performance management, and cross-functional negotiation.

10+ years of relevant engineering experience with people management responsibility.

Experience in Financial Services or a large, complex, and/or global environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience with project management and ability to manage operational process change and improvement.

Experienced senior engineering manager skilled at integrating engineering within technology and commercial environments, capable of decision making based on complex information.

Proven track record in operational process improvements and managing execution in matrix/virtual team settings.

Strong communicator with ability to manage risk, compliance, and cross-functional negotiations at senior levels.
