Provide technical support and enablement for SREs and developers, building dashboards, implementing SLIs/SLOs, and driving observability tooling adoption across hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, containers).
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in SRE, Observability Engineering, or platform infrastructure roles with focus on operational telemetry.
Hands-on expertise with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Splunk.
Deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets, and telemetry best practices in high-availability environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enablement or platform roles with proven ability to scale observability best practices across diverse business units and federated engineering teams.
Strong domain knowledge in payments and critical business flows, with ability to translate functional scope into monitoring solutions.
Technically adept at integrating observability tooling across on-premises, cloud (AWS/GCP), and containerized (ECS, Kubernetes) environments, including emerging AI/ML capabilities for anomaly detection and alert tuning.
