Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT solutions, and data integration frameworks using Azure Data Platform and cloud technologies.
Deliver features within Agile Scrum teams aligned to business and regulatory priorities, collaborating closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
Support data platform engineering, including data warehouse, lakehouse, and reporting solutions focusing on scalability, performance, and compliance with governance and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform Development.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL development with hands-on experience on Azure Data Platform services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake).
Experience with data warehousing, data modelling, and cloud technologies including Databricks and Snowflake is strongly preferred.
Work Location: India with Hybrid working model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions within Agile delivery teams and familiar with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
Demonstrates expertise in modern data architecture, data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory reporting, ideally in banking or financial services context.
Capable of improving engineering productivity through automation, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and supporting platform modernization initiatives.
