Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of program or project management experience.
Minimum 3 years experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years full-time Amazon RME (BB/3P) experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and process improvements within transportation or industrial maintenance contexts.
Strong analytical skills with capability to use data to drive process automation and prioritize technological investments.
Knowledgeable in Lean principles, DMAIC, and familiar with tools like MS Access, SQL, and Microsoft Projects to support requirements gathering and program management.
