Manager, Controllership Transformation (Blackline COE)

Lead and deliver the Controllership Transformation roadmap, including scaling automation in journals, reconciliations, and transaction matching using Blackline and AI-enhanced features.

Manage governance and controls for Blackline platform including SOX-compliant change control, access reviews, and risk issue tracking.

Oversee Blackline system administration, training, project management, audit preparation, and support finance projects including acquisitions in Gurgaon location with 2-11pm shifts.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field; Blackline certification preferred; CPA or equivalent is a plus.

3-7 years in accounting or finance, with at least 2-4 years managing or implementing Blackline or similar financial systems.

Experience with finance system implementation, Blackline optimization, project management, and familiarity with AI/automation in finance systems.

Must be willing to work 2-11pm shift in Gurgaon, India.

Demonstrated expertise in Blackline financial systems optimization and transformation initiatives with strong accounting and internal controls knowledge.

Operational problem solver able to translate business requirements into technical solutions with end-to-end project delivery experience.

Skilled in managing cross-functional partnerships, training delivery, audit support, and governance in fast-paced finance environments.
