Lead continuous process reviews and quality improvement projects using Six Sigma/Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
University degree from a reputable institution.
Minimum 2 years experience in Product Control, Valuations, or related fields.
Knowledge of financial markets products including debt securities, FX swaps, interest rate swaps, and associated valuation and risk sensitivities.
Experience with programming languages such as VBA, Python, SQL, or C++ and understanding of accounting controls for financial instruments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders and managing conflicts within financial product control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated by project implementation experience.
Familiarity with Treasury business and Hedge Accounting, with professional qualifications like MBA, CA, CFA, or FRM preferred.
