Data Scientist - RDT Pharma R&D

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions and multi-agent AI systems in a regulated Pharma R&D environment.

Drive multiple strategic data science initiatives end-to-end, including defining technical standards, governance, and best practices for AI solutions.

Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align AI strategy with business priorities and measurable impact.

Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, AI, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.

8-12 years of experience leading end-to-end AI/ML or data science projects with measurable business impact, preferably in regulated industries (Pharma/Healthcare/Life Sciences).

Expert proficiency in Python and strong expertise in Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, Graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI platform engineering.

Experience working within or supporting GxP-compliant/regulated environments is highly desirable; CET timezone shift required.

Senior-level data scientist with proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI solutions influencing strategic business decisions in Pharma R&D.

Hands-on expertise in advanced AI domains such as Generative AI, multi-agent orchestration, knowledge graphs, and AI governance in compliance-driven contexts.

Strong technical leadership style combining strategic roadmap definition with hands-on software engineering and mentoring of cross-functional teams.
