Minimum Requirements
0-3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree.
Proficient computer and math skills, including advanced Excel; experience with AI tools and Power BI preferred.
Experience or knowledge in Retail Banking, Credit Card domain, and operational environment preferred; Lean Certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Able to manage complex workflows and investigations independently, supporting multiple products and services.
Experience or understanding of the US Retail Banking or Credit Card domain processes to provide subject matter expertise.
Comfortable in operational roles with accountability for risk assessment, compliance adherence, and communication with multiple stakeholders including senior management.
