Collection Manager- Business- Lending Collections

Manage and drive collection operations and recovery targets across an assigned territory.

Lead and motivate a team of collection executives and field officers to achieve business targets and improve recovery rates.

Monitor performance through MIS, oversee collection agencies, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Graduate degree in any discipline.

4+ years of relevant experience in collections and recovery management.

Experience in team handling, preferably in banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services.

Proficiency in MS Excel, collection MIS, and reporting systems.

Proven experience managing field collection teams and collection agencies within financial services or similar sectors.

Strong ability to drive team performance with target orientation and performance monitoring focus.

Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and handling escalations in a high-performance environment.
