20+ years of leadership experience in data governance or data management with focus on private credit, private real estate, or insurance.
Technical expertise with data governance frameworks, quality management, and platforms like Snowflake, Sigma, Alation; proficiency in SQL, Python, Bloomberg, Markit, Reuters.
Work Experience Required: 20+ years in relevant leadership roles.

Experience operating in highly regulated, complex financial services environments focusing on private credit, real estate, or insurance asset classes.
Proven track record in driving strategic data governance at enterprise scale, including successful stakeholder engagement across investment, operations, compliance, legal, and risk teams.
Strong technology orientation with hands-on knowledge of data quality tools, platforms, and advanced data management techniques.
