Vice President, Office Leasing Advisory

Lead complex office leasing transactions independently, including market intelligence, financial modeling, negotiation, and documentation coordination.

Provide strategic advisory services such as lease versus buy analysis, portfolio optimization, regional expansion, and market entry planning that align real estate solutions with client business objectives.

Drive proactive business development and build strong relationships with corporate real estate leaders, CFOs, developers, and institutional owners to expand market access and client base.

Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in commercial office leasing, corporate real estate advisory, or tenant representation with track record of managing complex transactions independently.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

Advanced financial analysis skills including lease economics, discounted cash flow modeling, and investment evaluation.

On-site work location in Pune, Maharashtra.

Experienced in strategic, high-level advisory beyond transactional brokerage, including portfolio strategy and corporate real estate transformation.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex client engagements while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Demonstrated business development success with strong executive presence and network with senior corporate leaders and institutional stakeholders in office real estate markets.
