Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Core HCM solutions including business process optimization and organizational structure setup.
Serve as primary functional contact managing stakeholder expectations, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Workday HCM projects.
Guide and mentor junior consultants; provide ongoing AMS support and collaborate with technical teams for successful implementation and enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
4-7 years professional experience with at least 3-5 years hands-on Workday Core HCM implementation and/or support.
Experience leading functional workstreams in Workday implementations or AMS engagements.
Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM configuration, business process configuration, security administration, and worker lifecycle events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading multi-workstream Workday Core HCM projects including testing, deployment, and client stakeholder management.
Able to independently manage client discussions, provide strategic functional recommendations, and collaborate with solution architects and project managers.
Background with AMS environments, exposure to Agile delivery and additional Workday modules/practices preferred but not mandatory.
