Deliver CAD and Polylining services for IWMS/CAFM software implementation and ongoing maintenance of CAD drawings.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of CAD drawings, including running validations for polylines and linking SpaceID blocks to the CAFM/IWMS platform.
Manage client master drawing libraries and update space-related data on the IWMS/CAFM platform, including space categories, types, names, and organizational codes.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in CAD/CAFM technical/project roles specifically involving CAD drawings and IWMS/CAFM systems.
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or relevant work experience equivalent to the educational requirement.
Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAFM/IWMS systems and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word.
Immediate joining available; work-from-home with 3pm to 12am shift to overlap US teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling multiple CAD/CAFM/IWMS implementation projects simultaneously, including remote work setups.
Capable of managing detailed technical data (polylines, space IDs) and integrating it accurately into facility management systems.
Demonstrates clear, concise communication for technical coordination and relationship building in diverse project environments.
