Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday Prism Analytics solutions including data pipelines, datasets, and advanced reporting.
Lead Prism Analytics workstreams independently from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
Mentor junior consultants and collaborate across teams to integrate data and troubleshoot Prism Analytics and reporting issues.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of Workday experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday Prism Analytics implementation and support.
Strong proficiency in Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards).
Experience with Workday Integration technologies (EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, APIs including REST and SOAP).
Location: Ahmedabad, PAN India role at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Ability to independently lead analytics projects end-to-end, including design, data modeling, validation, and governance aligned with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience integrating complex internal and external data sources into Workday Prism and optimizing data pipelines and reporting performance.
Prior exposure to Workday HCM modules and familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and release management processes.
