About This Role

Gather and translate business stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for Workday EXTEND customizations and enhancements.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Workday EXTEND applications including reports, integrations, workflows, user interfaces, and dashboards.

Develop and manage integrations between Workday HCM/Financial Management modules and other systems to ensure data consistency and automate business processes.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

4-5 years of experience in Workday EXTEND or related application development and customization.

Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in designing and implementing custom Workday EXTEND applications and integrations under agile methodologies.

Capable of collaborating with business stakeholders and technical solution architects for requirement gathering and integration design reviews.
