Minimum Requirements
7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years hands-on Kubernetes and container platform experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong skills in Kubernetes Administration, Docker containerization, CI/CD pipeline management, Linux Administration, Shell Scripting, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), and experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
Experience working with Cloud Platforms and proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, GitHub Actions, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise-scale application modernization, microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to drive DevOps automation, release management, and infrastructure management at a senior or technical lead level.
Certified or working knowledge of Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS) and cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP), with strong stakeholder communication skills.
