Manager – Retail Learning & Development

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer experience, sales skills, communication, grooming, and service standards across Ugaoo retail stores.

Coach frontline retail teams and managers through store visits and feedback to improve customer engagement and sales performance metrics such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction.

Design and maintain training content and assess program effectiveness through business metrics, customer feedback, and behavioral assessments.

Graduate degree in any discipline; certification in Learning & Development, Hospitality, or Retail Training preferred.

5–8 years of experience in Retail Training, Customer Experience, Hospitality, or Sales Training.

Experience with lifestyle retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, premium retail, or D2C brands is advantageous but not mandatory.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

Experienced in designing and implementing customer-centric training programs in a retail or hospitality environment, particularly in premium or lifestyle brands.

Proven ability to coach and develop frontline and managerial retail staff to improve customer satisfaction and sales metrics.

Comfortable with extensive regional travel and working closely with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations and HR.
