Own and execute global sourcing strategies for technical and business roles, focusing on Engineering and Security across India, UK, and supporting US as needed.

Leverage AI, automation, and data metrics to enhance sourcing productivity, track pipeline health, and refine strategies.

4+ years of hands-on talent sourcing experience, preferably in technology or high-growth startup environments.

Proven expertise in sourcing technical talent, especially Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure roles, plus non-technical roles.

Experience with global hiring across multiple geographies and adapting sourcing approaches accordingly.

Demonstrated use of AI tools for sourcing/recruiting improvements, beyond simple automation of job descriptions or outreach.

Experienced in independently owning difficult sourcing searches end-to-end, including target company identification and talent mapping.

Skilled in passive candidate engagement with senior talent using creative research and expert Boolean/X-ray/LInkedIn Recruiter techniques.

Comfortable innovating with new sourcing channels, tools, and research methods, with a strong understanding of data privacy and responsible sourcing.
