Lead and manage a team of 5-8 data engineers in developing and delivering data analytical solutions with significant project and geographic impact.
Design, automate, and optimize efficient and robust ETL workflows using Big Data technologies including HIVE, Spark (Python, Scala, Spark SQL, Pyspark Dataframes API).
Analyze and solve complex business problems related to Credit Cards and Retail Banking products by integrating data from large datasets and streaming data sources, influencing decisions through advice and facilitation.
Minimum Requirements
Master's/MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Computer Science from premier institutes.
8-10 years of relevant experience in data analytical solutions, with at least 2-3 years managing a team of 5-8 data engineers.
Hands-on experience with Big Data Technology stack: HIVE, Spark programming (Python, Scala, Spark SQL, Pyspark).
Experience working with large/multiple datasets, data warehouses, streaming data, and Retail Banking or Credit Cards products.
