Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and end-to-end validation for Oracle EBS AP Finance and P2P processes enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders (Operations/Finance) and technology teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Oracle ERP-related projects, including complex integrations and workflow automation.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver BRDs, support UAT, resolve issues, and support production migrations, while providing analytical support using complex queries.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financial modules, especially Procure to Pay suite (R12.1.9 and 12.2.9).
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Payment processes, and Oracle workflows.
Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL, Oracle debugging techniques, and knowledge of Oracle data models and module integrations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Work Experience Required: 10-12 years in relevant Oracle ERP financial roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and complex integration projects across Finance and Supply Chain functions.
Capable of managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to deliver detailed Business Requirement Documents, testing, and migration support.
Strong techno-functional expertise with demonstrated ability in business analysis, problem-solving, and applying AI tools for P2P processes improvements.
