Provide leadership and mentoring to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met effectively and efficiently.
Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose mitigating plans for risk and resource constraints.
Lead migration of loan operations tasks from other locations, manage conversions or launches of new clients related to Loan holdings, and serve as team point of contact for stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Services with at least 2 years in a management role.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
Product knowledge in domestic, global and OTC security markets, fixed income, and derivatives.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in Financial Services including management experience (2+ years).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial services leadership with proven management and coaching skills in loan operations or fund servicing.
Strong understanding of alternative asset classes, including Hedge or Mutual Funds, and risk management experience relating to portfolio risks (unsupported cash and position differences).
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to lead operational transitions and continuous team development.
