Proficient programming skills in at least one language such as Python or Java and familiarity with web frameworks like Django or Flask.
Proficient knowledge of CI/CD practices, container orchestration, networking technologies, and secure AI capabilities for reliability workflows.

Experienced SRE leader skilled in balancing features, efficiency, and stability while influencing strategic planning and organizational practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical challenges at the organizational level and guide junior to mid-level team members through coaching and feedback.
Comfortable operating in a data-driven, blameless culture and driving adoption of cutting-edge technologies including enterprise-authorized AI within reliability engineering.
