Senior Staff Engineer

Design and build core capabilities for a shared Agentic AI Platform, focusing on orchestration, lifecycle management, security, and reusable AI workflow primitives.

Define and evolve architectural patterns and ensure alignment across enterprise teams to prevent fragmented, one-off solutions and promote platform cohesion.

Partner cross-functionally to integrate AI workflows with existing enterprise systems and influence technical direction through hands-on contribution and mentorship.

8+ years experience in designing, building, and operating cloud-native software systems with depth in platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems.

Proficiency in Python (and/or Java or Scala) and experience with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Experience designing or operating systems incorporating LLMs or AI models as core components and managing their interactions and failure modes.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years explicit; Location requirement: Hybrid role based in Hyderabad.

Experienced in owning and evolving shared platform architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and cost trade-offs.

Skilled at influencing architecture across multiple teams and organizational boundaries through technical leadership rather than formal authority.

Comfortable designing systems that are secure-by-default, evolve over time, and emphasize reuse, cohesion, and long-term sustainability.
