Senior Manager of SRE

Owns non-functional requirements for applications within Infrastructure Platforms, focusing on customer experience, resiliency, security, scalability, monitoring, instrumentation, and automation.

Manages a small team of SREs including performance reviews, career development, and coaching entry to mid-level members.

Drives adoption of site reliability best practices and AI-assisted reliability workflows ensuring traceability, resiliency, and security across the organization.

5+ years applied experience with formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts.

Experience leading teams in use of enterprise-authorized AI in reliability engineering workflows with awareness of data sensitivity.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java) and familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Proficiency with CI/CD, container/container orchestration technologies, and troubleshooting networking issues.

Experienced in leading organizational change and innovation in site reliability culture and practices.

Capable of managing complex technological issues at an organizational level and influencing multi-team collaboration.

Skilled in hiring, developing talent, and fostering a culture of continual improvement with data-driven decision making.
