Strong expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM).
Proven track record of delivering measurable Azure cost savings using native tools and optimization strategies.
Work Experience Required: Preferred 7+ years in infrastructure/cloud/DevOps with at least 4 years substantial Azure experience.

Deep technical authority in Azure platform engineering, including networking, security, governance, and monitoring.
Experienced in implementing secure DevSecOps pipelines integrating SAST, secret management, approvals, and compliance controls.
Demonstrated ability to balance cost optimization with security and operational resilience in regulated or sensitive-data environments.
