Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience in Python programming, AI/ML, and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with ability to critically validate AI-generated outputs.
Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Python developer with practical knowledge of AI/ML integration in enterprise applications and adherence to responsible AI practices.
Familiar with agile SDLC delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and security/resiliency engineering principles.
Exposure or experience with cloud-native technologies like AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, microservices architecture, Terraform scripting, and relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL) preferred.
