Applied AI ML Lead-AI Engineer

Own the end-to-end delivery of priority AI/ML use cases including design, build, production, and monitoring with measurable impact on advisors and clients.

Lead engineering and development of agentic AI and LLM-powered products for international private banking advisors and clients.

Establish and operate Responsible AI controls, collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities, and represent the AIML team in governance forums ensuring compliance with cross-border and regulatory requirements.

5+ years applied AI/ML engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field, or equivalent applied experience.

Advanced proficiency in Python, experience with AI coding tools, Large Language Models, CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud-native deployment.

Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for ML or data-intensive systems.

Experienced in operationalizing AI/ML solutions end-to-end with a focus on agentic AI applications in regulated, international private banking environments.

Capable of leading technical governance and establishing Responsible AI frameworks aligned with firm-wide standards and regulatory considerations.

Comfortable engaging senior business stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences to align AI solutions with business priorities.
